The East Colfax Neighborhood Association (ECNA) is a volunteer group of East Colfax neighbors advocating for the people, businesses, and other community groups of the East Colfax neighborhood—which runs from Quebec Avenue to the west to Yosemite Avenue to the east, 11th Avenue on the south, and Montview Boulevard to the north (extending north to 23rd Avenue between Quebec and Syracuse Avenue). Started over half a century ago, in 1972, it is one of the oldest and largest registered neighborhood associations in the city of Denver. Dedicated to the East Colfax neighborhood in all of its richness and diversity, regardless of income level or resources, it provides a unified voice for the neighborhood and addresses the urgent concerns of the people who live and work here. We have annual elections for all board members and are fully financially independent.
